Kohlenmonoxid - CO-Warner / Alarmmelder
Laut den gesetzlichen Vorgaben müssen alle Charter-Yachten mit einem CO-/Kohlenmonoxid-Alarm-Melder ausgerüstet sein. Auch in diesem Schiff sind entsprechende Sensoren verbaut. Leider schlagen die vorgeschriebenen Geräte auch an, wenn beispielsweise heiss geduscht (Wasserdampf) oder an Bord gekocht wird.
In dem Fall bitten wir die Situation zu prüfen und bei einem Fehlalarm gut zu lüften! Danach schaltet sich der Alarm selbständig ab und das Gerät ist wieder einsatzbereit.
CO / carbon monoxide alarm detector
According to the legal requirements, all charter yachts must be equipped with a CO / carbon monoxide alarm detector. Appropriate sensors are also installed in this ship. Unfortunately, the prescribed devices also affect when, for example, showering (water vapor) or during cooking on board.
In this case, we ask to check the situation thoroughly and to ventilate well in case of a false alarm! Alarm switches off independently and the device is ready for use again.

Papierkarten befinden sich im Navigationspult / Navigation charts are stored in navigation table.
Elektro-Panel & Sicherungen / Electric panel & fuses

Das Bedien-Panel für die Verbraucher befindet sich im Niedergang rechts /Steuerbord.
Die Sailing Breeze hat 3 Sicherungskästen. Diese befinden sich im Salon, unter dem Navigationstisch (1) und in der Master-Kabine, rechts im Schrank am Eingang (2,3). Schalten Sie hier die benötigten Verbraucher wie z.B. Wasserpumpen, Beleuchtung wie Top-Licht und Innenbeleuchtung oder Kühlschrank ein.
Die Sicherung für den Landstrom (4) befindet sich im Motrraum Backbord.
Der Anschluss für den Landstrom befindet sich am Heck.
Die Sicherung für den Anker stb. Schrank neben dem Niedergang rechts
Der Generator kann am Navigationstisch über das Display gestartet werden (1. Möglichkeit) oder im Notfall am Schrank neben dem Niedergang (stb) (2.Möglichkeit).
Schalter für Klimaanlage / Heizung befinden sich: Steuerbord links neben dem Niedergang über dem Lichtschalter höhe Electro-Panel (Eignerkabine), Backbord Achter Kabine oberhalb Lichtschalter und Backbord vordere Kabine hinter der Tür.
Die Heizungsanlage befindet sich im Motorraum.
The control panel for the consumers is located in the companionway on the right /starboard side. The Sailing Breeze has 3 fuse boxes. These are located in the saloon, under the navigation table (1) and in the master cabin, on the right in the cupboard by the entrance (2,3). Switch on the required consumers here, e.g. water pumps, lighting such as top light and interior lighting or refrigerator.
The fuse for the shore power (4) is located in the port engine room.
The connection for the shore power is at the stern.
The fuse for the anchor is located in the starboard locker next to the companionway on the right.
The generator can be started at the navigation console via the display (Option 1) or, in an emergency, at the cabinet next to the companionway (starboard) (Option 2).
The switches for the air conditioning / heating are located as follows: on the starboard side, to the left of the companionway above the light switch at the height of the electrical panel (owner’s cabin); in the port aft cabin above the light switch; and in the port forward cabin behind the door.
The heating system is located in the engine compartment
Sanitär, Abwasser & Gas / Sanitary, Waste tank & Gas

Die Sailing Breeze verfügt über 3 elektrische Toiletten. Bedienung über die elektrischen Schalter. Schalter oben: Spülen und Absaugen gleichzeitig, Schalter unten: nach rechts drücken -> Absaugen, nach links drücken > spülen.
Bitte werfen Sie kein Toilettenpapier, Hygiene-Artikel oder andere feste Stoffe in die Toiletten!! Dies führt zu einer Verstopfung des Abwassersystems. Kosten für die Behebung werden dem Verursacher in Rechnung gestellt, wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis dafür.
ACHTUNG: Die Seewasserventile müssen geöffnet sein!
Um die 3 Schwarzwassertanks zu entleeren, muss die Revisionsklappe in der Dusche geöffnet werden. Dahinter befinden sich die Ventile für die Schwarzwasser-Tanks. Jeweils 1 in jeder Kabine / WC.
Die Wasserzufuhr für die Toilette Masterkabine befindet sich unter den Bodenpanelen, gegenüber der Toilette. Die Wasserzufuhr für die Küche (Pantry) befindet sich unter dem Bodenpanel vor der Küche. Das Frischwasser-Ventil für die Bugkabine Backbord befindet sich unter dem Bodenpanel vor dem Bett. Für die hintere Kabine befindet sich das Ventil unter dem Bodenpanel am Eingang der Kabine.
Zum Kochen / Benutzung des Ofens müssen die beiden Gashähne geöffnet werden. Sie befinden sich unter dem Spülbecken.
Die Gasflaschen sind in der Box (Sitz) auf dem achter Deck rechts von Schiebetür.
Das Ventil für die Seewasserpumpe in der Küche befindet sich unter der Spüle.
Trinkwassertanks befüllen
- Tank 1 (300Liter): Einfüllstutzen: An Deck vorne, Mitte, unterhalb der Fensterfront (Sitzgelegenheiten)
- Tank 2 (300Liter): An Deck, Mitte Backbordseite
- Die Füllstände können am Elektro-Panel abgelesen werden
Sailing Breeze has 3 electric toilets. Operation via the electric switches. Top switch: flush and suction at the same time, bottom switch press to the right -> suction, press to the left > flush.
Please do not throw toilet paper, hygiene articles or other solid materials into the toilets!!! This will cause a blockage in the sewage system. Costs for rectification will be charged to the polluter, we ask for your understanding.
ATTENTION: The seawater valves must be open!
To empty the 3 black water tanks, the inspection flap in the shower must be opened. Behind it are the valves for the black water tanks located. 1 in each cabin / toilet.
The water supply for the toilet master cabin is located under the floor panels, opposite of toilet. The water supply for the galley is located under the floor panel in front of the galley. The fresh water valve for the port bow cabin is located under the floor panel in front of the bed. For the rear cabin, the valve is located under the floor panel at the entrance to the cabin.
To cook / use stove, the two gas valves must be opened. They are located under the sink.
The gas bottles are located in the locker (seat) on the aft deck, to the right of the sliding door.
The valve for the sea water pump in the kitchen is located under the sink.
Filling the drinking water tanks
- Tank 1 (300Litres): Filler necks: On deck in front / middle, below the window front (seating).
- Tank 2 (300Litres): On deck, centre port side
- The tank levels can be read on the electrical panel
Motor / Engine

Es sind 2 Motoren Yanmar mit jeweils 57 PS / 42,50 KW verbaut. Alle Flüssigkeiten und Schmiermittel wurden vor Ihrem Törn überprüft, es sind keine weiteren Maßnahmen mehr notwendig.
Kraftstoffart: DIESEL
Position Tanköffnung: Tank 1 / Tank 2 jeweils am Heck, oberhalb der Rettungsinsel. Inhalt jeweils 150 Liter. Der Füllstand beider Tanks kann am Bedienpanel innen abgerufen werden.
Startvorgang / Motor Stopp: Bitte schauen Sie sich das nachfolgende Video an. Beide Gashebel MÜSSEN beim Start auf NEUTRAL stehen!
Die Batterie Umschalter befinden sich: einer im Motorraum Steuerbord und einer im Motorraum Backbord.
Drehzahlanzeige befindet sich am Steuerstand aussen.
ACHTUNG: max. 2400 rpm!
There are 2 Yanmar engines with 57 hp / 42,50 KW each. All fluids and lubricants have been checked before your cruise, no further action is required.
Fuel type: DIESEL
Position tank opening: Tank 1 / Tank 2 each at the stern, above the life raft. Capacity 150 litres each. The fill level of both tanks can be called up on the control panel inside.
Starting procedure / engine stop: Please watch the following video. Both throttles MUST be in NEUTRAL position when starting!
The battery selector switches are located as follows: one in the starboard engine compartment and one in the port engine compartment.
RPM indicator is located on the outside of the control panel.
ATTENTION: max. 2400 rpm!
Anker / Anchor

Der Anker kann elektrisch gesenkt/gehoben werden. Dabei müssen die Motoren in Betrieb sein.
Die Bedienung erfolgt über die Fernbedienung. Diese ist im Anker-Kasten positioniert. Öffnen Sie den Ankerkasten, entnehmen sie die Fernbedienung. Rechte Taste -> Anker herab lassen. Linke Taste -> Anker heben.
Der Kettenlängenzähler befindet sich am Steuerstand. Auch von dort aus kann das Herauslassen des Ankers gesteuert werden.

Ankern in Buchten:
Bitte informieren Sie sich vorab, ob ein Ankern in der ausgewählten Bucht erlaubt und möglich ist. Beachten Sie die kommenden Windverhältnisse, ggf. Schwell und den Untergrund -> in flachen Buchten befindet sich oft Seegras, wo ein Ankern nicht möglich (hält nicht) ist. Ebenso muss zu Bojenfeldern ein Abstand von mindestens 150 Metern eingehalten werden.
Anchorage in bays:
Please find out in advance whether anchoring in the selected bay if anchorage is permitted and possible. Pay attention to the wind conditions, the swell and the conditions of the ground -> in shallow bays is often seaweed growing, where anchoring is not possible (anchor does not hold). You must also keep a distance of 150 meters at minimum from buoy fields.
Anchor can be lowered/lifted electrically. For this, the motors must be in operation.
The anchor is operated via the remote control. This is positioned in the anchor box. Open the anchor locker and remove the remote control. Right button -> lower anchor. Left button -> Raise anchor.
The chain length counter is located at the steering position. The lowering of the anchor can also be controlled from there.

Beiboot / Dinghy

Die Sailing Breeze verfügt über ein Highfield Beiboot mit einem 20 PS Honda Motor. Das Beiboot sollte immer über die Winsch herab gelassen und herauf gezogen werden. Benzinhahn muss geöffnet werden, Notstop (rotes Spiralkabel) muss eingesetzt sein. Vor dem Start muss ein wenig Kraftstoff über die Handpumpe in den Motorvorlauf gepumpt werden.
Beim Herablassen des Beibootes dringend darauf achten, dass der Wasserauslass am Heck verschlossen ist!
When lowering the dinghy, make sure that the water outlet at the stern is closed!
The Sailing Breeze has a Highfield dinghy with a 20 hp Honda engine. The dinghy should always be lowered and raised via the winch. The fuel tap must be opened, the emergency stop (red spiral cable) must be inserted. Before starting, a little fuel must be pumped into the engine feed via the hand pump.
Bilge

Die Yacht ist mit 1 manuellen und 2 automatischen Bilgenpumpe ausgestattet. Sollte sich einmal Wasser ansammeln, wird dieses von der automatischen Pumpe abgepumpt. Diese muss am Schaltpult, wie unten beschrieben, eingeschaltet werden. Die automatischen Pumpen befinden sich jeweils im Schwimmer Steuerbord und Backbord, unter dem Bodenpanel.
Sollte die Pumpe im Notfall nicht automatisch arbeiten, kann auch manuell eintretendes Wasser abgepumpt werden. Die Handhebel befinden sich in der Backskiste und werden in die entsprechende Vorrichtung am Heck eingesetzt. Das Wasser in der Bilge wird per Pumpbewegung mit dem Handhebel abgepumpt.
The yacht is equipped with 1 manual and 2 automatic bilge pumps. Should water collect, it is pumped out by the automatic pump. This must be switched on at the control panel as described below. The automatic pumps are located in the starboard and port floats, under the floor panel.
If the pump does not work automatically in an emergency, water that enters can also be pumped out manually. The hand levers are located in the locker and are inserted into the corresponding device at the stern. The water in the bilge is pumped out by pumping with the hand lever.
